Fees reflect the complexity of the problem, implementation risk and commercial importance of the outcome. Material changes in scope are agreed separately, and where a result can be measured reliably, part of a fee may be linked to agreed performance indicators.

After years of watching large consultancies charge enormous fees before a single solution was in place — endless discovery phases, PowerPoint decks running into the hundreds of slides, meetings about meetings — Levent decided there had to be a better way to help SMEs.
The model is simple: skip the theatre, dive directly into the problem, and show a working MVP within days — not months. Instead of presenting a 400-slide analysis of why something is broken, the focus is on building a fast prototype that proves how it gets fixed.
