The preferred structure is a Master Services Agreement (MSA) — a framework agreement that defines scope, access, and deliverables without locking you into a fixed retainer with no flexibility.

After years of watching large consultancies charge enormous fees before a single solution was in place — endless discovery phases, PowerPoint decks running into the hundreds of slides, meetings about meetings — Levent decided there had to be a better way to help SMEs.
The model is simple: skip the theatre, dive directly into the problem, and show a working MVP within days — not months. Instead of presenting a 400-slide analysis of why something is broken, the focus is on building a fast prototype that proves how it gets fixed.
