Diagnose the Constraint
We establish how the operation actually functions, where value is delayed or lost, and which single constraint deserves intervention first.
GBSA Innovation redesigns and implements the operating systems behind ambitious SMEs. We find the real constraint, define how people, data and software should work together, then build the system that runs it — on whatever technology genuinely fits, not a preferred platform.
Founder & Operating Partner
Most businesses that call us don’t have an automation problem. They have an operating-system problem — and it shows up in the same handful of ways.
If two or three of these sound familiar, we should talk.
Four steps. Every engagement moves through all of them, in this order — the process is designed before the technology is chosen.
We establish how the operation actually functions, where value is delayed or lost, and which single constraint deserves intervention first.
We define the process, responsibilities, decision rights, data ownership and exception paths — before any technology is selected.
We set the role of existing platforms, integrations, automation, AI and custom software, then build the smallest complete system that produces the intended result.
Monitoring, permissions, approvals, documentation and clear ownership, so the business can run and extend the system reliably on its own.
We define permissions, approval thresholds, exception handling, monitoring and auditability before any automated system is allowed to act operationally. Where a decision needs human judgement, the system is built to stop and ask for it.
Automation platforms make implementation faster. What they don’t determine is which process is economically correct, which data can be trusted, where human judgement is required, or who carries responsibility when something fails. GBSA settles those questions first, then builds the system that runs the result. An implementation partner who only works in one platform will find the answer inside that platform — we’re not tied to any vendor or implementation product. Existing systems, packaged software and custom development are judged against the same question: which architecture best serves the operation?
Two examples of what an operating system looks like when the process is designed first and the technology is chosen to serve it.
A German wholesale business had no operational software at all. We designed the operating model first, then built one mobile-optimised platform to run it — ERP, CRM and field-sales intelligence combined — including digital delivery signatures and one-button invoicing, with sessions that carry across devices.

We separated the preparation work from the decision, then built an AI-supported dashboard that prequalifies and prioritises candidates — with human review remaining part of every final decision.
Read the Case StudyGBSA Innovation works with ambitious SMEs across industries. The common thread isn’t the sector — it’s ambition, operational complexity, and a constraint worth solving properly.
SME manufacturers seeking operational efficiency and market expansion
Distributors and wholesale operators managing complex order, delivery and field-sales workflows
Artisanal producers, specialty importers, fine food distributors
Agencies, consultancies, and service firms scaling operations
Product brands entering new channels, markets, or operating models
Hotels, restaurants, and lifestyle brands with premium positioning
The strongest engagements begin with a problem important enough to solve properly.

Account Layers
Strategy, architecture and implementation stay connected, and stay with the person you actually talk to. GBSA Innovation was built for ambitious SMEs that need serious operational and technical capability without enterprise-scale structure.
“An ounce of action is worth a ton of theory.”
— Ralph Waldo Emerson
You always work directly with a senior operating partner — the person doing the thinking is the person doing the work.
We are not compensated for selecting a particular platform. Existing systems, packaged software and custom development are assessed against the same question: which architecture best serves the operation?
Diagnosis, process design, architecture and implementation remain connected. GBSA does not hand the critical decisions to a separate delivery layer.
Technology is selected around the operational problem and the process it has to support — not the other way round.
Documentation, access, operational controls and handover are designed from the beginning, so no permanent consulting dependency is created.
Systems are architected to be extended, so the next requirement is added to what already runs rather than replacing it.
Founder & Operating Partner, GBSA Innovation
Levent’s background isn’t traditional consulting. It’s operational — commercial and operational roles inside SMEs, building the internal systems those businesses actually needed, and applying the same approach to his own ventures.
Working inside those businesses, and later helping friends’ businesses facing the same friction, he kept encountering the same pattern: fundamentally good businesses held back not by their market or their product, but by fragmented systems and operational friction nobody had time to fix.
GBSA Innovation was founded to address that pattern directly — with the ability to actually build the fix, not just describe it.
Strategy, diagnosis and delivery stay directly with Levent throughout every engagement. Where something genuinely needs specialist legal, tax or regulatory expertise, trusted specialists are brought in selectively, always alongside him rather than in his place.
Levent Altindag
Founder & Director, Goldberg Sales&Advisory Limited
Levent combines commercial operating experience with the ability to define and implement the systems required to improve execution. His work spans wholesale operations, retail sales, cross-border business development, CRM and ERP workflows, field-sales intelligence, internal dashboards, business intelligence systems, AI-supported decision systems and custom operational tools. His role is to connect business economics, process design, data responsibility and technical delivery — rather than treating them as separate consulting and implementation assignments.
Tell us what isn’t working operationally — where the process breaks, which systems and teams are caught in it, and what it’s costing. A direct conversation about the constraint, and a clear view of whether it’s worth acting on.
Conversations here are treated as confidential from the first call — no exceptions, whether or not an engagement follows.
If you’re an accountant, adviser, or restructuring professional working with a business facing this kind of challenge, we’re always glad to talk.
What Happens If You Reach Out
A Direct Conversation
No pitch, no deck. Just what the constraint is actually costing you — and you’ll know within one business day whether it’s worth taking further.
An Honest Answer
If it isn’t a fit, you’ll hear that plainly, in writing, with a reason. No engagement is ever assumed.
The Diagnostic Sprint
If it is, the default next step is a time-boxed Diagnostic Sprint — ending in a concrete roadmap, whether or not anything follows.
